I own the unit for the above mentioned week and it is free of any leins or loans. You will have access to this week EVERY YEAR. It is not a alternating even or odd timeshare like some other auctions. Being that it is a Red Season ownership you may practically use it anytime during the year except for major holiday weeks. Please consult the resort for exact dates and availability. Considered as one of the newest & most beautiful properties in Orlando. Building 900 sits at the main entrance and is the most desired building on the property. Conveniently located less than 5 miles from Universal Studios & Seaworld. It is also approximately 15 minutes from Disney- MGM- Epcot and all other major attractions. The resort is 20 minutes from the airport & sits directly across from Internatinal Drive which has every type of dining & shopping chains that can possibly be offered. Westage is parterned with Interval International which enables the owner to be enrolled in the exchange program so that you may trade your week and use it at any other worlwide-Interval International Resort, based on availability. Enrollment is subject to an additional annual fee and is completely optional. Closing Informaton: Closing will be handled by Re/Max Properties in Orlando, FL. There is a 25% deposit due within 48 hours of auction ending. Balance will be due at closing. Closing costs will be approximately $350.00. There will also be a $150.00 resort ownership transfer fee.
