Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Tours We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes. Reschedule/Cancellation Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to arrival date and need to be submitted in writing.
