If there is an available uprade- you can get one to an ocean view if you speak to a Marriott representative. You can reserve any week out of the year up to 13 months in advance with this unit. You can use the on-line features with the owner website or have a representative work on your vacation needs! Marriott ROCKS! Here are your options: Stay one full week in the full suite Lock off the unit and have 2FULL WEEKS a year for vacationing stay in your lock off and rent out your second week to cover your maintenance fee’s for the year! trade a week with Interval International to stay at another resort of your choice anywhere you wish to vacation! bank your weeks if you cannot vacation that year (even a lock off week) to save for another year. you usually have 3 yrs to use the week you banked. as I said….endless options to make this time share work for you and to get every penny worth! OH….did I mention that you cannot get a unit like this for any cheaper? THIS IS FOR ANNUAL USAGE AND OWENERSHIP OF THIS TIME SHARE. The only cheaper price you can get for this type of unit is bi-annual usage.
