Just wanted to thank you for the use of your condo! We really had a very nice vacation and hope to return to HHI in the future! Our girls, ages 6 and 3 had the best time ever. They have been talking nonstop about the beach since we got home. The condo was very nice and clean, exceeded our expectations! We had great weather, saw lots of new things we didn’t get to see the last time we were there, and ate at some awesome restaurants! Thanks again!! Mindi, Matt, Hayley, and Linsey Grant, We truly enjoyed our stay at your vacation rental in Hilton Head. It was exactly as your ad depicted. The walk to the beach was full of natural wildlife, and when we had a lot to carry we took the golf cart shuttle which was very convenient. The little trailer was perfect for carrying our chairs and other beach items and the shuttles ran right on schedule. We found everything we needed at the condo and really liked the fact that this is a gated complex with full-time gate security. Hilton Head is a great place for a family vacation and the beach at Hilton Head Resort was beautiful, uncrowded and full of ocean life. Having Co-Co’s on the Beach was especially convenient and having restrooms close by was a real plus. We will definitely come back to your condo when we come back to Hilton Head. Joe & Glynda Grant, We just returned from our vacation. We spent a few days in Mrytle Beach after Hilton Head. Hilton Head is a beautiful town. Our time went slowly somehow and we had a great time. Your condo is beautiful, nicely done. We took good care of it. Never having been to Hilton Head, we were surprised to not see the ocean when driving around on the island. All the businesses are “hidden” so nicely. Not much “honky tonk” there like Mrytle Beach, which was fine with us. Thanks again. Barbara Hello Grant, Thanks so much for checking on us. I could not get on line for some reason. We had a GREAT time! The condo was very nice and very user friendly. It had everything we needed and the walk to the beach was good for us. We have already talked about next year. My husbands brother and his family would like to go with us next year if we go. We are doing Disney in January and we may go back to the beach in August. Would you happen to know of anyone else with a condo that they may could rent there? Also, I wanted to ask you if you ever rented it out for a long weekend? We usually do a couple of mini vacations once or twice a year and in the past we’ve went to Charleston but we may consider HH if you rented it less than a week. Thanks again and I look forward to hearing from you. Martie Hi Grant, The vacation was great, but it was way too short!! The villa was lovely. It was clean and fully stocked and above and beyond expectations. I have stayed at time shares and other condos many times and yours was by far one of the most well kept and cleanest I have ever stayed in. All in all we had a great time and thought your place was so neat and clean and well worth every penny. I never got your response on those popscicles in the freezer my daughter ate that were left, but we left a pizza to pass on the good fortune to the next resident!! Since our transaction was not made directly thru ebay I guess I can’t leave positive feedback for you, but if you ever need a reference for your place, feel free to use me. Your hospitality and your villa were great and I would gladly share that info with anyone. Thanks again for checking back on us. Have a great summer. Tina Hi Grant, We LOVE it here! What a beautiful, comfortable condo you have!!!! We all arrived with no trouble, thanks to your good directions. It feels good to go around without our big winter coats. We love the Deli area – so pretty! Trees and shrubs are in bloom and it’s really lovely to see. They’re doing a nice job with landscaping and fountains. Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! We’re having a wonderful time and enjoying your condo very much. What a nice place! Thanks again, Grant! Jan Hi Grant, Everything was just great. We had a very nice week with perfect weather and the the beach was paradise, as usual. The condo was very comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. It was a pleasure to be there. The new grill and bar on the beach, I think makes that part of the beach so much more appealing and it will be fantastic once it’s up and running with more drinkable treats. I don’t think we used eBay to buy because I don’t see anything in my “won” list for the past 60 days (I don’t think it was longer than 60…), but I’ll be happy to add comments to your site too, if you can remind me of the website. Thanks Grant. It was good doing business with you! Dan Grant, I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time. Your condo was great. My friend’s husband came on Wednesday, and they got a condo on another floor. There was no comparison, yours was defiantly the nicest. They did not even have a clock. We had everything we needed. I could not find the cart, but I used the blue cooler to take my stuff to the beach. I was going to call you but I threw the papers away with your number, and my cell phone had a mishap in the ocean. Again, thank you for the use of your condo, and I appreciate your concern in getting it cleaned so fast. Anita Grant, The trip was great and the condo was just as great. Plenty of sleeping area and everyone enjoyed the complex and the views. The complex workers were a great help also. Thanks alot and we will contact you again when we return. Ken Hi Grant! We had a great a time! Your condo was very nicely decorated and clean. We didn’t have a chance to see everything on the island. Perhaps, you might want to consider havind an actual map of the resort on hand in the condo locating the washers and dryers as well as a map of the island, and a list of some of the great restaurants around. We picked up several brochures and maps to pass on to our friends that are thinking of going to Hilton Head next year. We really enjoyed the restaurants, Guiseppie’s, Black Marlin, stickey fingers and simple loved Frankie Bones. Actually, At Frankie Bones, the ribeye that was coffee rubbed was the best steak we’ve ever eaten. A friend of mine comes every year to the island for a dental retreat and mentioned those restaurants as well as going to Sea Pines–she was right on target for the restaurants. I’ll be sure to go into the ebay feedback and give you positive feedback. Thanks again for sharing your condo with us!Tracy EVERYTHING IS RIGHT HERE AT HILTON HEAD RESORT!
