This is for a one week 1-bedroom, fully-equipped condo rental in one of the villa buildings. This 600 square foot condo has a King size bed with a queen size sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer dryer in the unit and a balcony. It can sleep a maximum of 4. I own a this this timeshare and this is my own personal reservation which I can not make, therefore you will go as my guest. No timeshare tour is required for this rental. Price includes all taxes and fees. If booked directly thru Wyndham (extraholidays.com) this same condo for this week would cost over $2100 with taxes!!! SAVE over $500!!! No Pets Allowed. This is a non-smoking resort. Check-in: Sunday July 1, 2012 after 4:00 PM. Check-out Sunday July 8, 2012 by 10:00 AM. Resort Requirements: Minimum Check is at least 21 years of age with a valid ID matching the name on the reservation. If the name on the reservation needs to be changed after I issue it to you Wyndham will charge a $100 fee. A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit will be required upon check-in and will be refunded at check-out if no damage is reported. This is one of Wyndham’s larger Myrtle Beach resorts with 3 villa complexes, two towers, and a huge selection of water-based amenities and activities. Amenities: 5 Outdoor and 2 Indoor Swimming Pools, Indoor Children Pools, 2 Indoor and 9 Outdoor Hot Tubs, Get Out & Play Activities Program, Exercise Equipment, Game Room, 2 Lazy Rivers, Beach. Fees may be charged for Exercise Equipment and Game Room. Restaurant and Tiki Bar on premises.
