THESE ARE RESORT PROMOTIONS and all we ask is for you to take a short and informative 90 minute tour of the Frenchmen Orleans Resort while you are there. You are under NO obligation to purchase anything and the rest of your time belongs to you! The market value of this package is well over $250! TO QUALIFY: You need to be between the ages of 25 & 80, be married or living with your life partner (faxed proof required), be fluent English speaking U.S. residents, be gainfully employed (No Students) with an annual income of at least $50,000 per year, and be credit worthy. This Travel Package auction must be paid for within 3 days after auction close and must be used within the dates specified on the auction offering. Exceptions can be made and your travel dates can be extended. Guest is responsible for paying room taxes to the hotel. Our Policies Reservations Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. Reservation information is contained in your Certificate of Travel, or for information on making immediate reservations, please call (423) 245-8200. Reservation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 3 full business days processing time for all reservation requests. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card may be required on file with our office for this package. Tours We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have photo ID’s with identical address. Reschedule/Cancellation Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least three (5) full business days prior to arrival date and need to be submitted in writing. Refunds If by chance we cannot fulfill your date, and you’ve called in advance to check on dates, we will be happy to offer a refund or extend the use of the package one year. If you so choose, you may apply whatever the purchase price towards a different location (not within the same company). If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you may not be entitled to a refund. If a refund is granted beyond or stated policy, you will be responsible for paying all listing fees.
