Reservation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 5 full business days processing time for all reservation requests. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card may be required on file with our office for this package. Tours We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to atleast 120 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have ID’s with identical address. Reschedule/Cancellation Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least three (3) full business days prior to arrival date and need to be submitted in writing. There is a $10 reschedule fee. Refunds If by chance we cannot fulfill your date, and you’ve called in advance to check on dates, we will be happy to offer a refund or extend the use of the package one year.
