INJUNCTIVE RELIEF In addition to any other damages due seller under this agreement, you further agree that seller is entitled to injunctive relief. You specifically agree that the seller is entitled to an injunction or order or protection or harassment order (whichever is appropriate) that prevents you or your agent(s) from any contact with seller, sellers employees, companies, friends, relatives or any other person reasonably known to be connected with seller for a period of two years. SUMMARY JUDGEMENT You specifically agree that the seller is entitled to a summary judgment for any claims under this agreement and you agree that you have no defense against such claims. If there is any dispute against part of the claim against you, you agree to a separate summary judgment for the INJUNCTIVE RELIEF and the remaining disputed claims will be litigated separately. SEVERABILITY A judicial determination that any provision hereunder is invalid in whole or in part shall not affect the enforceability of those provisions not found to be invalid. A new provision, meeting acceptable judicial standards, and following as closely as possible the intent of any provision found invalid shall be substituted in place of any stricken provisions and shall be construed strictly to the benefit of the Seller.
